Imam al-Muhaddithin Syed Deedar Ali Shah Mashhadi Muhaddith Al-Wari, the great grandson of Syed Ismail Rizvi, opened his eyes in 1896 AH by a fortunate child named Ahmad who later became known in the Islamic world as Abu Al-Barakat. Allama Abu Al-Barakat received his early education at his father’s Madrasa Dar-ul-Uloom Qut-ul-Islam. He enrolled in Muradabad Madrasa of Murad Puri and completed his teaching system as well as specialization in astronomy and Islamic philosophy and medicine. At the end of 1915, President Al-Fazl introduced him in the service of Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi. Inspired by your hard work and sincerity, Hazrat Fazil Barelvi blessed you with his spiritual attention and caliphate. I called for the address of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh of Jamia Masjid. So he came to Lahore in 1923. Here he was appointed to teach religious studies in Wazir Khan Mosque with the address of Jamia Masjid Data Ganj Bakhsh. In 1926, he started teaching Friday at Loko Workshop, Lahore. Thousands would have gathered in your Friday sermon, where hundreds of non-Muslims, inspired by your preaching, converted to Islam. In 1946, the All India Sunni Conference was held in Banaras which played an important role in the success of Tehreek-e-Pakistan. When the Kashmir Independence Movement started in 1948, Allama Abu Al-Barakat and Allama Abu Al-Hasnat were the first to support this movement and called it Islamic Jihad.
